Senior Full Stack Developer (m/f/d)

At WHATEVER.WORKS, we are building a modern platform that powers digital leasing processes end-to-end. Our goal is to create smart, scalable solutions that automate workflows, streamline operations, and continuously evolve with the needs of our partners and users. We are currently undergoing a major technological transformation: existing components are being modernized or completely reimagined as we build a robust, future-proof, and scalable platform for the leasing industry. 

As a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer (m/f/d), you will work in an interdisciplinary team closely collaborating with DevOps, QA, Product Owners, and business departments to develop innovative, high-performance, and maintainable software solutions. 

If you enjoy designing modern software architectures and actively driving the digitalization of leasing processes, then this is the perfect role for you. 

Your Responsibilities 

• Develop and enhance internal leasing software 

• Translate business requirements into performant, maintainable applications 

• Analyse, debug, and continuously improve existing modules 

• Participate actively in code reviews and ensure high code quality 

• Maintain and further develop technical documentation and concepts 

• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders 

• Contribute to our technological transformation toward a modern, scalable platform 

Your Profile 

• Degree in computer science or a comparable qualification 

• At least 5 years of experience in modern software development, ideally in a SaaS environment 

• Strong knowledge of our tech stack: Kotlin, Node.js, React, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar technologies 

• Experience with CI/CD processes and automated testing 

• Analytical mindset, strong quality awareness, and a structured way of working 

• A team player who enjoys knowledge sharing, collaboration, and continuous improvement 

• English skills (C1) German knowledge is a plus
